Abstract:

To provide a hydraulic servo actuator system being high in reliability and capable of expecting a sufficient force fight compensating effect without entailing any drop in output resolution.

This system servo controls two hydraulic actuators 16A and 16B wherein an output part is restrained, and it is provided with a differential pressure detecting means detecting both differential pressures Vpa and Vpb lying between a pair of hydraulic chambers of these hydraulic actuators, a force fight compensation means 11 reducing a force fight between both the hydraulic actuators 16A and 16B by feeding a difference between differential pressure in one hydraulic actuator 16A or 16B and the differential pressure in the other actuator 16B or 16A, back to the input side of each command signal Vc of these hydraulic actuators via an integrator 25A or 25B, respectively.
