Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic shock absorber with vehicle height adjustment mechanism capable of using two hydraulic shock absorbers with vehicle height adjustment mechanism having the same structure without interfering with the operation by the interference of an operating part with a passenger, and lowering a value of a commodity caused by the impairing of its appearance, and to reduce the troubles in the manufacturing as much as possible.
SOLUTION: In this hydraulic shock absorber with vehicle height adjustment mechanism supporting one end of a suspension spring 13 by a jack cylinder 11 mounted coaxially to a hydraulic shock absorber 1, and changing the load of the suspension spring 13 in the hydraulic shock absorber 1 while supplying and discharging the oil with respect to the jack cylinder 11 by the operation of a piston 16 of a pump cylinder 33 attached to the jack cylinder 11 to adjust a level, an axis of the pump cylinder 33 is arranged in the same direction as an axis of the hydraulic shock absorber 1 and mounted on a side surface of the hydraulic shock absorber 1, and an operating part of the piston 16 on the pump cylinder 33 can be relatively displaced to the axial direction of the jack cylinder 11.
