Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a cured substance having improved strength and water- absorption resistance and suppressed efflorescence by curing a specific uncured hydraulic substance.
CONSTITUTION: A lime-based aqueous solution consisting of an aqueous solution of Ca(OH)2 or an efflorescent component elution liquid composed mainly of Ca(OH)2 is optionally added with a reaction agent reactive with the efflorescent component such as silica or stearic acid-based material to obtain an uncured hydraulic substance. The hydraulic substance is placed and formed in a mold and cured in a condensation-proof curing chamber A having a ceiling heater 1 attached to the inner side wall of the ceiling.
