Abstract:
Hydraulic system equipment of a push-down forging press and a vertically stacked arrangement method therefor, configuring a hydraulic system equipment foundation into vertically divided levels, and dividing into levels and grouping in space hydraulic system equipment in a forging machine corresponding to different levels of the foundation, realizing the goals of the shortest distance of hydraulic lines between equipment, the lowest surface area occupied, and rapid dynamic response speed of the hydraulic system. When used for arrangement and grouping of hydraulic system equipment in a push-down forging press, the present invention divides vertically into levels and configures a hydraulic system foundation and divides into levels and arranges into groups relatively numerous hydraulic equipment, minimizing the length of hydraulic transmission lines, decreasing surface area occupied by the equipment, and increasing dynamic response speed of the hydraulic system. The present hydraulic system equipment and the vertical arrangement method therefor save equipment, including oil lines, electrical wiring, supply pumps and heat-dissipating exhaust devices, thereby realizing the goals of lowering production costs, increasing production efficiency and saving energy; shortening oil lines increases oil line response speed.
