Abstract:
PURPOSE:To drive cylinders efficiently and properly by connecting a pump to a second direction change-over valve by means of two pipe lines which bypass the first direction change-over valve and disposing in each of the pipe lines, a change-over valve which changes over the arrangement of the cylinders to make series and parallel connection to each other. CONSTITUTION:A pump P is connected to the second direction change-over valve 14, by two pipe lines which bypass the first direction change-over valve 13. A solenoid change-over valve 16 which is capable of cutting off the related pipe line and another solenoid change-over valve 18 by which return oil from the first cylinder 11 can be supplied to the second cylinder 12 are disposed in the pipe lines, respectively. If the load pressure P0 in the second cylinder 12 which is detected by a pressure sensor 20 is lower than the predetermined pressure, the solenoid change-over valves 16 and 18 are energized to make the connection in series between the first and the second cylinder 11 and 12. When the load pressure Pa becomes greater than the predetermined pressure, the solenoid change- over valves 16 and 18 are deenergized to make the connection in parallel between the first and the second cylinder 11 and 12. Thus, the cylinders may be driven efficiently and properly.
