Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generating injection inferiority of an injection pump based on generating foreign matter of cutting chip or the like by improving sealability of a hydraulic timer device, and facilitating assembly manufacture, in the hydraulic timer device for a distributor type fuel injection pump.
SOLUTION: A slide pin 58 of transmitting a moving amount of a timer piston 60 to a cam ring 24 is provided in a cavity 65 formed between the first/ second cylinder liner 62, 63 press fitted to a timer housing 56. In the cavity 65, moving the slide pin 58 is permitted. Consequently, without work forming a spot facing hole part in the cylinder liner consisting of wear resistant work difficult material, the permitting cavity 65 for moving the slide pin 58 can be easily formed when assembles a timer. By forming the second cylinder liner 63 into a bag shape, fuel is prevented from leaking to the outside from this bag-shaped part in the inside of the cylinder liner, so as to prevent corroding the timer housing 56.
