To provide a hydraulic torque transmission device which permits miniaturization in such a direction that an input axis of a transmission mechanism is extended while suppressing the reduction of absorption ability of torque fluctuation occurring in a power source.
A torque converter 13 includes: a converter housing 16 which is rotated around a rotation axial line S by a torque transmitted from an engine 11; and a lock-up clutch 17 and a hydraulic torque transmission part 20 which are arranged in the converter housing 16; a damper device 18 which has a first disk 50, a first damper spring, an intermediate member 52, a second damper spring 53 and second disks 54A, 54B, wherein the first and second respective damper springs are located on the position in the same longitudinal direction; and a dynamic vibration absorber 19 attached to the intermediate member 52. A turbine runner 32 of the hydraulic torque transmission part 20 is integrally rotatably attached to the intermediate member 52.
