PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pressure transfer film which is excellent in transfer working property to a molding, and can impart excellent gloss-matte design to a decorative molding.SOLUTION: There is provided a water pressure transfer film which has at least a water-soluble film, a partially provided design layer and a primer layer in this order, where the design layer contains a matting agent, the primer layer is formed from a resin composition containing acrylic polymer polyol, and the primer layer is partially provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
