To provide a hydraulic transfer film capable of high-definition printing and improving ultraviolet resistance while maintaining quality of a transfer object by using an ink jet method.
A hydraulic transfer film 1 comprises a support medium film 10, an ink absorption layer 20, and a pattern layer 30. One side of the support medium film 10 is coated with the ink absorption layer 20. The pattern layer 30 is printed on the ink absorption layer 20 that includes an acrylic resin-based ink receptive resin 21, and a benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber 22 provided in the ink receptive resin 21 that absorbs a solvent in an inkjet ink. The ultraviolet absorber 22 absorbs ultraviolet rays. A solid weight ratio of the ultraviolet absorber 22 to the ink receptive resin 21 is 3 to 10%.
