Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to express a natural and beautiful pattern or a bright and dark profile by overcoming the poor transferring due to the embodiment of the difference between right and left brightnesses or of an unsymmetrical pattern.
SOLUTION: As a printing transferring paper having left and right patterns or left and right brightnesses different from each other, a pair of printing transferring papers designed with computer graphics symmetrically to each other in response to the shape of a steering wheel rim core is prepared. Under the state that some part e of the rim core is masked, by either one of both the printing transferring paper, a primary transferring is executed to an un-masked surface f. After that, the primary transferred surface f is cleansed and masked. Then, under the state that the rim core is turned by the angle of 180°, a transferring is executed to the remaining un-transferred surface e by the other printing transferring paper having a symmetrical pattern or brightness.
