Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the quick responsiveness of the hydraulic turbine speed as well as the stability when an alliance system is changed to a single system, by providing a low pass filter to a feedback circuit for generator output to eliminate the power oscillation component. CONSTITUTION:A generator 1 is operated in parallel to other generators, and the speed signal 2 of the generator 1 is compared with a target speed setting signal 3. Then a deviation of this comparison is supplied to a correction circuit 7. While the output signal 4 of the generator 1 is compared with a target output setting signal 5, and a deviation of this comparison is applied to the circuit 7 through a speed regulation factor setter 6. The circuit 7 compensates the gain and delay of a phase to regulate automatically the revolving speed of a hydraulic turbine 9 to a target level. In this case, a filter 11 is put into a feedback part for generator output to eliminate the frequency components higher than the power oscillation frequency. Then the signal 4 is compared with the signal 5 through the filter 11. Thus the power oscillation component is eliminated and the stability is secured for the turbine speed.
