Abstract:
To prevent a joint from being overheated and damaged due to an increase in torque in increasing a car speed, in a hydraulically-operated power transmitting joint.
This device comprises a housing part 85 formed in a rotary valve 41 to introduce high pressure oil from a side of a delivery port 44, spool valve 86 slidably stored in the housing part 85 to be floated by centrifugal force when a car speed is generated in a prescribed value or more, elastic member 91 stored in the housing part 85 to energize the spool valve 86 and a drain hole 92 connecting the storage part 85 for draining high pressure oil to outside the rotary valve 41 to communicate with the outside thereof when the spool valve 86 is floated.
