Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the external dimension and reduce power loss by allowing a relief valve to be built into a plunger and allowing a suction and return valve to be built into a cylinder head. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 5 is inserted in slidable ways into a cylinder head and the top part 2a of a pressing element 2 and formed integrally with a feeding nut. A screw rod connected to a stepless speed change gear 8 is inserted into the feeding nut, and a relief valve 14 is built into the plunger 5 set between the space 13 in the pressing element 2 and the space 11 between the cylinder head 3 and a piston top surface 12, and a suction and return valve 16 is built into the cylinder head 3. Therefore, all the valves are built into the cylinder 1, and the external dimension can be reduced, and the rapid traverse and quick return are permittd by efficiently utilizing the characteristics of the stepless speed change gear 8, and the power loss consumed in rapid traverse and quick return can be reduced.
