To provide a hydraulically transferring film, which hydraulically transfers a hardening resin forming layer and a decorative layer simultaneously to a body to be transferred without lowering designing properties because of the enlarging, fading in color or the like of a pattern in the decorative layer, and also to provide the body to be transferred full of the designing properties having the decorative layer, the surface of which is covered with the hardening resin, by employing the hydraulically transferring film.
This hydraulically transferring film consists of a support film made of a water-soluble or water-swelling resin and a transfer layer, which is provided on the support film and dissoluble in organic solvent. The transfer layer is formed on the support by being laminated with the hardening resin forming layer, a decorative layer stabilizing layer and the decorative layer in the order named under the condition that the same kind of resin as employed in the decorative layer is employed in the decorative layer stabilizing layer. Further, with this hydraulically transferring film, a hydraulically transferred body is formed by hardening the transferred hardening resin forming layer obtained by hydraulically transferring the transfer layer on the surface of the body to be transferred with at least one kind of hardening means such as active energy beam irradiation or heating.
