The hydrin rubber composition comprises the following components of (A) through (E): (A) a hydrin rubber having an ethylene oxide content of 10-40% by mole, (B) an amine-based antiaging agent, (C) a phenol-based antiaging agent, (D) a dithiocarbamic acid metal salt (exclusive of nickel salts), and (E) a hydrous hydrotalcite compound.
