Abstract:
A hydraulic mechanical hole-making device, which uses high-pressure water as a power source, is operated in a diverter valve control and piston transmission mode, and achieves the deployment of a mechanical cutting arm of a hinged structure at a preset drilling position, with holes being formed in one step and continuous hole-making being achieved, so as to form multiple sections of large-diameter holes in a drilled hole. As compared with a traditional hydraulic punching technique, the device has the advantages of a large hole-making radius, a stable size, a high hole-making speed, etc.; and as compared with a traditional mechanical hole-making technique, the device has the advantages of a high structural strength, satisfying the requirements of both forward-type and backward-type continuous or segmented hole-making, a high hole-making efficiency, and easy disassembly and replacement of a cutting arm. Further disclosed are a corresponding method for using the hydraulic mechanical hole-making device, and a hole-making process.
