Abstract:
To provide a hydrocarbon production apparatus and a hydrocarbon production method that can improve hydrocarbon production efficiency.SOLUTION: A hydrocarbon production apparatus 1 comprises: a reverse shift reaction part 2 that uses carbon dioxide and hydrogen to obtain a synthesis gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen; a hydrocarbon production part 4 that produces hydrocarbons using the synthesis gas; a gas-liquid separation part 6 that separates a gas component containing hydrogen, carbon dioxide and light hydrocarbons with 4 or less carbon atoms and a liquid component containing the hydrocarbons with 5 or more carbon atoms from an effluent from the hydrocarbon production part 4; a first separation part 10 that separates hydrogen and carbon dioxide and the light hydrocarbons from the gas component; and a catalytic reaction part 8 that generates hydrogen and carbon monoxide using the light hydrocarbons separated by the first separation part 10. The reverse shift reaction part 2 also uses the hydrogen and carbon dioxide separated by the first separation part 10 to generate synthesis gas. The hydrocarbon production part 4 also uses hydrogen and carbon monoxide produced by the catalytic reaction part 8 to produce the hydrocarbons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
