Abstract:
To provide a hydrocarbon recovering apparatus capable of suppressing a decrease in capability of removing hydrocarbon from gas to be processed containing hydrocarbon.SOLUTION: A hydrocarbon recovering apparatus 10 comprises: a processing tank 11A which stores adsorbing materials which can adsorb hydrocarbon; an introducing valve 12A for gas to be processed; an exhausting valve 13A for processed gas; a vacuum pump 19; a hydrocarbon liquidizing part 20; a vacuum suction valve 14A; an atmospheric pressure releasing valve 15A; and a valve control part 211 that performs a gas processing operation of closing the vacuum suctioning valve 14A and the atmospheric pressure releasing valve 15A, and an adsorbent regeneration operation of executing suction sub-operation of closing the atmospheric pressure releasing valve 15A and opening the vacuum suction valve 14A in a state of closing the introducing valve 12A for gas to be processed and the exhausting valve 13A for processed gas, and atmospheric pressure releasing sub operation of opening the atmospheric pressure releasing valve 15A and closing the vacuum suctioning valve 14A alternately a plurality of times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
