Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create means for adjusting the direction of a turbine blade with a structure as small as possible and as simple as possible.SOLUTION: A motion setting a direction is achieved by individually connecting each blade shaft to a part movable relatively to an impeller shaft via a quadrangle coupled by a lever and a rod on a surface perpendicular to the blade shaft; one arm of the quadrangle is integral with the blade shaft, another arm of the quadrangle is coupled to one end portion on a surface of an impeller, and the other end portion is connected to an arm of a blade via a connecting rod; the arm coupled to the surface of the impeller is coupled by a positive motion cam mechanism to slide via a pair of a block and a guide integral with an assembly of a shift part.
