Abstract:
To search a location suitable for a hydraulic power plant easily and efficiently.SOLUTION: A development support device 10 comprises: a high luminance region extraction part for extracting a high luminance region in a river in an object area of an image comprised of topography data including latitude data, longitude data, and altitude data; a display control part 17 for displaying the high luminance region on a monitor 19 overlapping on the image in the object area; a gradient calculation part 33 for calculating a gradient between points including multiple high luminance regions of the river selected according to user's operation on the basis of the topography data; and a point acquisition part 34 for acquiring a water intake point and a water discharge point in the river according to user's operation when either one of the calculated gradients exceeds a gradient reference value, wherein the display control part 17 displays the water intake point, the water discharge point, and a headrace channel route connecting both points overlapping on the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
