Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroformed part capable of improving quality of a product having a small diameter part. SOLUTION: In the hydroformed part among products 14 having a small diameter part 15b smaller than other sections, by forming a section 16 recessed inward to part of a peripheral wall of the small diameter part 15b so that a peripheral length of the small diameter part 15b is roughly the same as a peripheral length of other sections, even for a product 14 having the small diameter part 15b, the product 14 of high quality accommodating a tube expansion rate in a restricted range is obtained.
