Abstract:
To provide a hydrogel for an ultrasonic flaw inspection contact medium, which does not require cleaning for removing the contact medium from an inspection base material after inspection, is easy to handle, offers superior adhesion to the inspection base material and ultrasonic propagation, and can be repeatedly used, and to provide an ultrasonic flaw inspection method using the same.SOLUTION: A hydrogel for an ultrasonic flaw detection inspection contact medium is used, containing a polymer (A) of a water-soluble organic monomer, a water-swellable viscous mineral (B), and water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
