PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen compression device and a hydrogen filling system capable of preventing hydrogen gas from leaking from an oil discharge pipeline while the purity of the hydrogen gas is improved by certainly discharging the oil trapped from discharge gas and accumulated in a container even during the operation of a compressor.SOLUTION: A hydrogen compression device 101 comprises respective containers 60 of a snubber 16 and filters 17 and 18 provided on the downstream side of the compression stage at the final stage of a compressor 102. The hydrogen compression device 101 also comprises: oil discharge pipelines 46, 47, and 48 connected to bottoms of the containers 60; and level sensors 22, 23, and 24 for detecting the level of the oil accumulated in the containers 60. The oil discharge pipelines 46, 47, and 48 are provided with automatic driving valves 25, 26, and 27 installed for opening/closing based on the detected values by the level sensors 22, 23, and 24. An oil discharge pipeline 53 formed by joining the oil discharge pipelines 46, 47, and 48 is provided with a manual valve 28 installed for regulating the flow rate of the oil in the oil discharge pipeline 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
