In the hydrogen-containing water supply apparatus (1) for supplying hydrogen-containing water obtained by containing hydrogen in city water, a city water supply pipe (3) for supplying city water is branched, one branched pipe is connected to an electrolyser (10), the other branched pipe is connected to a storage tank (8), a circulation flow channel (12) is connected to the storage tank (8), and a hydrogen mixing part (14) for mixing hydrogen generated by the electrolyser (10) into city water stored in the storage tank (8) is formed on the way of the circulation flow channel (12). An ion exchanger (11) for removing ions contained in city water is arranged on the upstream side of the electrolyser (10). A pressurizer (17) for pressurizing city water is arranged on the downstream side of the hydrogen mixing part (14) in the circulation flow channel (12). Further, a fine bubble diffuser (16) for making bubbles of the mixed hydrogen finer is arranged between the hydrogen mixing part (14) and the pressurizer (17) in the circulation flow channel (12).
