Abstract:
To provide a hydrogen gas burner device which can suppress an anxiety that ignition, combustion and extinction cannot be properly performed.SOLUTION: A hydrogen gas burner device (100, 200) comprises: valves (6, 7) which are arranged at pipes (3, 4) for supplying a hydrogen gas and an oxygen-containing gas to a combustion chamber (C1), and adjusting supply amounts of the hydrogen gas and the oxygen-containing gas; drive means (61, 71) for driving the valves (6, 7): an ignition device (10) for igniting the inside of the combustion chamber (C1), and generating a combustion flame (F1); an oxygen concentration sensor (11) arranged at a downstream side rather than the combustion flame (F1) in the combustion chamber (C1); and a hydrogen concentration sensor (12). After supplying the oxygen-containing gas to the combustion chamber (C1) up until a measurement value of the measured hydrogen concentration is reduced to a first set value or lower, the hydrogen concentration sensor (12) performs ignition processing (ST11 to ST17) for igniting the hydrogen gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
