Abstract:
PURPOSE:To quickly perform the solidification of hydrogen gas and effectively produce a plurality of pellets by previously cooling the hydrogen gas by the use of a freezing mixture introducing pipe. CONSTITUTION:Hydrogen gas is introduced in a hydrogen gas introducing pipe 30 through a hydrogen gas supply pipe 34 wound on the periphery of a shield case 4, a distributing pipe 32 and a flexible pipe 3, and fed to a pellet producing hole of a pellet carrying disc 30. At the time hydrogen gas is previously cooled by a freezing mixture pipe 78 spirally arranged in the neighborhood of the hydrogen gas introducing pipe 34. Therefore, whenever hydrogen gas is introduced in the pellet cryoheads and cooled at very low temperature, solid hydrogen pellets can be produced for a short time.
