The hydrogen permeable membrane structure is formed by integrating a hydrogen permeable membrane and a frame of the same material. The hydrogen purifier is provided with a pressure vessel, a partition provided in the pressure vessel and partitioning it into a raw hydrogen material chamber and a purified hydrogen chamber, a plurality of passage holes made in the partition, a hydrogen permeable membrane structure that covers the plurality of the passage holes, and a seal member that seals the clearance between the partition and the frame of the hydrogen permeable membrane structure.
