Abstract:
To provide a hydrogen production ship moored on the seabed by only mooring cable.SOLUTION: A hydrogen production ship comprises a water turbine type propeller 2 driven by surface ocean current, a power generator driven by this water turbine type propeller, a water electrolyser 4 to obtain hydrogen by the acquired electric power, and a mooring cable to moor the ship at a prescribed position. This mooring cable comprises a ship bottom mooring chain 6, a mooring rope 7, and a display buoy 8. One end of the ship bottom mooring chain is fixed to an overall center point 9 of hull buoyancy at the ship bottom, and the other end of the chain is attachably and detachably combined with one end of the mooring rope. The other end of the mooring rope has an anchor 10 to moor the hull at the seabed. The display buoy is combined with the combining portion between the mooring rope and the ship bottom mooring chain via a rope 81.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
