In the hydrogen separation sheet A, a hydrogen permeable material B is fixed to a porous sheet material 1 having a plurality of through holes 2 so as to fill the plurality of through holes 2. Furthermore, the manufacturing method of the hydrogen separation sheet has a forming process for forming the hydrogen separation sheet A by fixing the hydrogen permeable material B to the porous sheet material 1 having the plurality of through holes 2 so as to fill the plurality of through holes 2, and a rolling process for applying hot rolling to the hydrogen separation sheet A.
