Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject hydrogenated compound having hydroxyl groups at the molecular chain terminals and in the middle of the molecular chain and capable of providing a cured material excellent in heat resistance and weather resistance by copolymerizing a diene-based monomer with a hydroxyl groupcontaining ethylenic unsaturated monomer. CONSTITUTION:An objective hydrogenated compound obtained by copolymerization between a diene-based monomer (preferably butadiene, isoprene, chloroprene, 1,3-pentadiene, cyclopentadiene, etc.) and a hydroxyl group- containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer (preferably 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, 2-hydroxycyclohexyl acrylate, etc.).
