To provide a hydrogenated NBR composition which is excellent in heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance together with resistance to fuel oil, is suitably used for a molding material, etc., for a gasket for intake manifolds of automobile engine etc.

The hydrogenated NBR composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a blend of the hydrogenated NBR containing 25-44 wt.% of acrylonitrile and having 40-160 of iodine number with a NBR, and 2-23 pts.wt. of an ester based plasticizer and 0.5-10 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide, and preferably the hydrogenated NBR composition further comprises 0.5-10 pts.wt. of a multifunctional unsaturated compound.
