Abstract:
To provide a hydrophilic coating, a fin material having a hydrophilic coated film consisting of the hydrophilic coating, and a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: The hydrophilic coating consists of an alkali silicate compound, an inorganic compound particle, and a solvent, containing total of SiOin the alkali silicate compound and the inorganic compound particle of 1 to 60 mass%, and having a mass ratio of the SiO:the inorganic compound particle in a range of 85:15 to 30:70. An aluminum fin material for heat exchanger has a substrate consisting of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, a surface preparation coated film formed on the substrate, and a hydrophilic coated film formed on the surface preparation coated film, the hydrophilic coated film consists of the alkali silicate compound and the inorganic compound particle, and the mass ratio of the SiOin the alkali silicate compound:the inorganic compound particle in a range of 85:15 to 30:70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
