Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zeolite separation membrane excellent in hydrophilicity.SOLUTION: In a hydrophilic zeolite separation membrane, a zeolite separation membrane is provided with a porous support body and a zeolite membrane formed on the surface of the porous support body and treated with plasma treatment. The plasma treatment is preferably performed in the presence of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of oxygen, hydrogen and steam. An element ratio Si/Al of a silicon element to an aluminum element in the zeolite membrane is preferably 5 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
