PURPOSE: To suppress the contamination of a membrane by harmnful materials and to prevent the membrane after used from making a harmful waste by preventing particles containing harmful materials from intruding into the narrow pore of a membrane and remaining in the membrane in a hydrophobic porous membrane for separating impurity particles.
CONSTITUTION: The hydrophobic porous membrane is made by previously packing clean particles instead of the harmful particles (particles containing a harmful materials such as radioactive element or heavy metal element) into an opening (narrow pore) of a fiber 3 composed of the hydrophobic porous membrane 1 made of a hydrophobic material such as PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene), polyethylene or polypropylene having 20-200μm thickness.
