Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject blending agent kept at a state of substantially having no water content, of which moisture absorbing tendency is also suppressed for a long period of time by heating for dehydrating, etc., a bound water of a silicic acid-based or an alumina-based resin blending agent.
SOLUTION: This method for producing a hydrophobic resin blending agent is to perform a process of hydrating the bound water of (A) a silicic acid-based or (B) an alumina-based resin blending agent by heating at 100-300°C and a process of bringing the dehydrated component (A) or (B) in contact with (C) an organic compound containing a polar group having ≥30 molecular weight under a drying condition simultaneously or in the above order, and then lowering temperature thereof to obtain the objective blending agent in which at least most of the bound water is replaced by the component (C). Further, it is preferable that the component (A) is an amorphous silica, an amorphous aluminosilicic acid salt, calcium silicate, magnesium silicate, etc., the component (B) is an alumina, a hydrate alumina, aluminum carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, etc., and that the component (C) is any of a polyorganosiloxane or a ≥1C alcohol, etc.
