PURPOSE: To realize controlling inclination of a car body within definite limits at the time of turning run by enabling an electromagnetic pressure control valve to be closed in order by means of an electronic control device in relation to turning run of a vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: The basal end part of a control arm 13 is supported by means of a support shaft 28 so as to sway freely with respect to a car body 20, while said arm 13 supports a wheel 6 through a knuckle at its tip part. A liquid chamber 9 is connected to a liquid pressure adjusting device 19 by means of a duct 21, and car body load for each wheel to bear is detected from the liquid pressure of this duct 21 by means of a load sensor 18. To adjust spring constant through changing the capacity of an air chamber 11, an air tank 2 is connected to the air chamber 11 through an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve 14, which is opened or closed by an output signal of an electronic control device 30 inputting a signal from the load sensor 18.
