Title:
HYDROSTATIC CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0617925
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the operating position of a clutch valve adjustably by connecting one end of a connecting member to one end of a connecting rod in such a manner that its axial position is freely adjusted, and connecting the other end of the connecting rod to a clutch control unit, the connecting member having the other end connected to the valve element of the clutch valve, and the connecting rod being supported to a casing.

CONSTITUTION: A hydrostatic continuously variable transmission comprises a swash plate type hydraulic pump and a variable displacement swash plate type hydraulic motor connected to each other in a closed circuit via inner and outer peripheral annular oil passages 11,12. A clutch valve 85, which is moved between a clutch-off position in which it shuts an annular communicating oil passage 73, the oil passage 11 and an annular release passage 75 from one another, and a clutch-on position in which it is communicated to an open port 103 while communicating the oil passages 73, 11 with each other, is provided between the oil passages 11,12. In this case, one end of a connecting member 128 having the other end connected to the valve element 84 of the clutch valve 85 is connected to one end of a connecting rod 129 and the other end of the connecting rod 129 is connected to a clutch control unit 130 and the operating position of the clutch valve 85 can be adjusted by an operation for rotating the connecting rod 129 threadably engaged in nuts 134, 135.
