To provide a hydrostatic positive displacement machine in which material erosion due to a flow of affecting cavitation of a switching control device and noises caused by the flow affecting the cavitation are reduced by improving such a hydrostatic positive displacement type machine in which a cylinder drum 4 arranged turnably around a turning axial line 2 is disposed in a housing 9, the cylinder drum 4 is provided with a piston recessed part 5, a piston 6 is arranged on the piston recessed part 5, the piston recessed part 5 is alternately connected to an inlet side E when the cylinder drum 4 turns and an outlet side A, the inlet side E and the outlet side A have connection parts 21, 22 on a control plate 12 and the switching control device 30 is arranged on the control plate 12.
A switching control device 30 is provided with at least two flow connection parts 40 and the flow connection parts 40 are controlled simultaneously on movement along switching control devices 25;26 by a displacement chamber V.
