Title:
HYDROSTATIC PRESSURIZING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5924598
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce cycle time and to enable automation by providing a device which performs respectively simultaneously the containing and removing of a material to be treated into and from a pressure vessel and attaching and detaching of a cover to and from the pressure vessel.

CONSTITUTION: A pressure vessel 1 is contained in a window frame 5' of a press frame 5, and a vessel 7 contg. a material to be treated is placed on a support base 8, then a containing and removing device A in common use as an opening/closing device is operated. A cover 4 is lowered by the device A and the holder 12 of the cover 4 and the connector 13 of the vessel 7 are engaged with each other, then the vessel 7 is hoisted and the vessel 1 is moved to right under the same by a cylinder 6. The vessel 7 is then lowered and is contained in the vessel 1. The vessel is closed with the cover 4. The vessel 1 is again contained in the window frame 5' by the cylinder 6 to separate the cover 4 and the device A. Pressure water is supplied through the hole of the cover 4 into the vessel to exert the high hydrostatic pressure thereon, thereby compressing the material to be treated. The pressure water is thereafter discharged, the vessel 1 is removed downward of the device A from the window frame 5' by the cylinder 6 and the removal of the vessel 7 and the cover 4 is accomplished reverse from the above- mentioned stages.
