Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The hydroxylamine derivative of formula I (A is 5-7-membered saturated heterocyclic group containing 1-3 O atoms; n is integer of 1-3; R1 and R2 are H or amino-protecting group) and its salt.
EXAMPLE: O-(2-tetrahydrofurylmethyl)hydroxylamine.
USE: An intermediate for antiserum agent. An intermediate for octahydronaphthalene-substituted oxime derivative having serum cholesterol lowering action.
PREPARATION: The compound of formula I can be produced either by reacting a compound of formula II (M is alkali metal) with a compound of formula III (X is halogen) or by reacting a compound of formula IV (Y is halogen, OH or reactive derivative group of OH) with a compound of formula V.
