Abstract:
To enable automatically determining postures of actual hands/fingers while checking thereof, in a hygiene management system for managing hands/fingers cleaning work of workers.SOLUTION: A hygiene management system 10 comprises: a hands/fingers photographing apparatus 30 for photographing an area including hands/fingers 22 of a worker 20 as a hands/fingers image 32; a posture determination section 40 for determining whether or not a posture of the hands/fingers 22 in the hands/fingers image 32 corresponds to a cleaning posture 42 which the hands/fingers 22 should take in hands/fingers cleaning work; and a pass/fail determination section 50 for, based on a result of the determination, determining the hands/fingers cleaning work passes or fails. The posture determination section 40 determines pertaining to the posture of the hands/fingers 42 using a deep learning model 48. The deep learning model 48 is a deep learning model created based on learning data 60 as to in what kind of state the hands/fingers 22 in the hands/fingers image 32 appear, wherein the model returns the hands/fingers image 32 and information of the cleaning posture 42 corresponding thereto, as input data and output data, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
