Abstract:
To provide a hygienic cleaning device for a toilet seat, in which a sitting part of a toilet seat can be replaced.
The toilet seat device consists of a stool main body 2, the toilet seat 3 which is placed on the stool main body 2 and is freely rotatable up and down and a cleaning means 5 by which the part of a human body is cleaned and the toilet seat 3 is constituted of a base part 9 which is freely rotatable up and down and the part 10 of the lavatory seat being separable from the base part 9.
