Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption.SOLUTION: A switch 2 is connected between a power supply line 5 and an output terminal 6, and is turned off when the power supply voltage VDD applied to the power supply line 5 is smaller than a first value (threshold Vth1), and turned on when the power supply voltage VDD is equal to or larger than the first value. A switch 3 is connected between an output terminal 6 and a reference power supply line 7 becoming a reference potential GND. A control circuit 4 includes a switch 4a, connected between the power supply line 5 and reference power supply line 7, which is turned off when the power supply voltage VDD is smaller than a second value (threshold Vth3) that is smaller than the first value, and turned on when the power supply voltage is equal to or larger than the second value. The switch 3 is turned on when the switch 4a is turned off, and turned off when the switch 4a is turned on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
