Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a hysteresis coupling good in magnetic efficiency, by using an integral permanent magnetic disk rotor that comprises opposite magnetic poles with a space between them, and a disk rotor made of a magnetically anisotropic hysteresis material. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnetic disk rotor 10 includes annular permanent magnets 13, 14 that are secured to disk type yokes 11, 12, are arranged in a multimagnetic pole manner and are fitted into the opposite opening sections of a non-magnetic cylindrical guide 15 with a prescribed clearance Lg between them. A hysteresis disk rotor 20 includes a magnetically anisotropic hysteresis material 21 mounted at the intermediate section of a non-magnetic rotating shaft 22. Bearings 23, 24 are secured to the disk type yokes 11, 12 by which the rotating shaft 22 is journaled so that the permanent magnetic disk rotor 10 and the hysteresis disk rotor 20 can be rotated relatively.
