Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of, even when processing is interrupted during the update of contractor information via a mobile network, resuming processing for updating the contractor information.SOLUTION: Security information 22 for normal processing and security attributes 23 for exceptional processing are set in a contractor information file 21 stored in an IC card 2 of an IC card system 1, and even when an error occurs in a secure message, a command 26 stored in the security attributes 22 for exceptional processing is operated. Also, an IC card management device 4 of the IC card system 1 is configured to, when processing is interrupted during the update of the contractor information via a mobile network 5, read the contractor information stored in the IC card 2 by using the command 26 stored in the security attributes 22 for exceptional processing, and to specify key information corresponding to the contractor information, and to resume processing for updating the contractor information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
