Abstract:
To provide an IC card which can be effectively issued, a mobile electronic apparatus, and an issuing apparatus.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an IC card associated with a parent IC card includes a sensor, a first storage unit, a second storage unit, a communication unit, and a processor. The sensor acquires biometric information. The first storage unit stores a template to be collated with the biometric information. The second storage unit stores second data related to first data stored in the parent IC card. The communication unit transmits or receives data to/from a host device. The processor authenticates a user on the basis of a result of collating the biometric information with the template in accordance with a command from the host device, and transmits at least a part of the second data to the host device when the user is authenticated successfully.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
