PURPOSE: To provide an electronic apparatus wherein a heat-dissipating member does not come into contact with the surface of a printed-circuit board and the printed-circuit board can be used effectively.
CONSTITUTION: An electronic apparatus is provided with a printedcircuit board 1 having a conductor pattern 4, with a semiconductor element 2 whose leg part 5 is fixed to the conductor pattern on the printed-circuit board and whose body 6 is situated at a prescribed distance from the surface of the printed-circuit board and with a heat-dissipating member 3 which is fixed to the back of the semiconductor element and which dissipates heat of the semiconductor element. In the electronic apparatus, the heat-dissipating member 3 is fixed in such a way that an opposite face 3a faced with the printed-circuit board 1 is at a prescribed distance from the surface of the printed-circuit board 1.
