PURPOSE: To provide the Roman shade which can be produced at low cost by facilitating the addition of a tack bar for regulating the folding of shade fabric.

CONSTITUTION: As a tack bar 1 to be arranged to shade fabric S at a required interval, a compound channel forming member provided with first and second groove parts at front and rear parts is used, and a technical means is adopted for fitting a bar-shaped object 2 to the first groove part in the state of inserting the shade fabric and a ring member 3 provided with a fitting pawl to the second groove part respectively. Therefore, since the fitting type tack bar is adopted, the tack bar adding conventionally requiring much man power is facilitated, not only the producing cost can be reduced but also the folding of shade fabric at the time of shade folding is made beautiful.
