Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in workability, having good resistance to water and acids, and effective in preventing corrosion of a surface of a concrete base, steel, etc., by mixing a vehicle with a synthetic resin powder. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin powder (e.g., a polyester resin powder, a vinyl chloride resin powder or an acrylic resin powder) is incorporated into a vehicle comprising a mixture of one or more substances selected from among asphalt, rubber, synthetic resin, and cellulose derivatives (e.g., an acrylic resin, a styrene-butadiene rubber, or a mixture of a straight asphalt with an acrylic resin), thus giving the title composition excellent in workability and adhesiveness to a base material such as concrete or steel, and having good resistance to water and acids.
