Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a stable antiulcer agent-containing preparation, having extremely excellent storage stability, e.g. free from coloring over a long period and not worsening eluting property even in long-term storage under severe condition.

CONSTITUTION: In an enteric preparation obtained by applying one or two undercoating layers to a nucleic part containing an unstable benzimidazole-based compound unstable to acid having antiulcer action and further applying an enteric coating agent thereon, this enteric preparation is characterized by blending a coprecipitater of aluminum hydroxide and sodium hydrogen carbonate in a nucleic part and/or an enteric coating layer.
